COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
Agreement to work with, submission of a booking request and payment of the required deposit establishes an agreement to Status Entertainment (referred to as ‘SE’ in this document) terms and conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
Before any of Status Entertainment’s services are confirmed and locked in, ‘the customer’ must agree to pay a non-negotiable deposit that will be deducted from the entire stated sum. The remaining balance after the deposit must be paid within the time frame specified on the invoice. The booking deposit is non-refundable unless Status Entertainment is held liable for a booking cancellation.
If ‘The Client’ changes his or her mind, the deposit is non-refundable. Status Entertainment attempts to always deliver a service that meets and exceeds our clients’ needs and expectations every time, but once a service or services has been booked and confirmed, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
All invoices that are not paid within 14 days will be charged a 20% late fee on top of the outstanding total. If you are having trouble paying your overdue payment, please contact us as soon as you become aware of the situation, prior to the due date of your invoice, so that we can work with you to find a solution that works for you and your business.
